Welcome to Paint Right KC! We are committed to delivering exceptional service and results. To ensure that our projects run smoothly and meet the highest standards, please review the following terms and conditions:

1. Product and Color Selection

   – Product & Color Approval: Paint Right KC reserves the right to refuse any colors or products that we believe will not achieve the desired outcome for your project. We only use products and colors that are recommended by Paint Right KC to ensure the best quality and durability.

   – Final Color Choice: Once a color has been chosen and approved, it cannot be changed without explicit authorization from Paint Right KC. This is to maintain project integrity and scheduling.

2.  Test Spots & Sample Colors

   – Test Spots: For those interested in seeing sample colors before committing, test spots are available at an additional charge of $50 per color. Please note that test spots may not be possible with certain colors/products, and this will be communicated to you in advance.

3. Payment Terms

• Scheduling Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your project on our schedule.

   –  Payment Deadline: Final payment invoices are due upon completion of the project. A 30-day grace period is provided, after which a late fee of 1% per month will be added to any outstanding balance.

   –  Payment Methods: Payments can be made via [insert payment methods available] and should be directed to the information provided on your invoice.

4. Project Scheduling

   – Scheduling Changes: Paint Right KC will do our best to accommodate scheduling needs; however, changes in weather or requested by the client may result in delays or rescheduling based on our availability.

5. Liability and Warranty

   – Workmanship Guarantee: Paint Right KC stands by the quality of our work. Any defects in workmanship reported during the timeline of your craftsmanship warranty after the project’s completion will be addressed at no additional charge, provided they are not due to product failure, misuse, or external factors outside of our control.

   – Product Warranty: All products used are covered under their respective manufacturer warranties. Paint Right KC is not responsible for product failures but will assist in facilitating any warranty claims.

6. Client Responsibilities

   – Site Preparation: Clients are responsible for ensuring that the project site is accessible and ready for work. This includes clearing personal items and ensuring that pets or children are not in the work area.

   – Communication: Open and clear communication is key. Clients agree to respond promptly to any requests for information or approval during the project timeline.

7. Cancellation Policy

   – Cancellation: Projects canceled by the client within two weeks of the scheduled start date may be subject to a cancellation fee of the scheduling deposit. This is to cover any costs already incurred by Paint Right KC in preparation for your project.

8. Governing Law

   – Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the States of Kansas and Missouri, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal court located in the appropriate jurisdiction limits.
