Jobsite Details

Do I need to be home during painting?

Not necessarily. For interior residential work, we’ll coordinate a plan with you—whether you’re home or away. For commercial work, we often work on closed-site access after a security walk-through.

What do I need to do before you arrive?

We’ll go over everything beforehand, but in general:

  • Move small decor or fragile items
  • Unplug electronics near painted walls

Clear access to the painting area
We’ll handle the rest (furniture covers, drop cloths, prep, etc.).

Do you clean up after the job?

Always. Cleanliness is part of our reputation. We leave your space spotless—no paint splatter, no trash, no dusty footprints.

Pricing & Payment

Do you require a deposit?

Yes – we request a deposit to hold your spot on the schedule. Full payment details are outlined in your estimate.

What forms of payment do you accept?

A: We accept cash, check, and electronic transfers (Venmo, Zelle, etc. depending on the project). We’ll provide payment options in your proposal.

Project Specific

What finishes do you recommend for trim and doors?

Typically semi-gloss or gloss—for durability and easy cleaning. We’ll walk you through finish options for every surface.

Do you handle drywall repair or wood rot before painting?

Minor repairs, yes. For larger damage, we’ll either refer you or add it as a separate line item in your estimate.

What if I'm not happy with something?

Let us know – we’ll make it right. We don’t cut corners, and we won’t leave until you’re fully satisfied.
